8. Delivery & Insurance

  1. Shipping within the UAE is free. Delivery times are estimated (UAE: 3–4 days; international: dependent on DHL or local services).

9. International Shipping & Customs

  1. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges for international orders.

  2. MelixGold is not liable for such charges during international transit.

10. Returns & Exchanges

Gold Jewellery:

  • Within 30 days: Exchange for gold, diamond, or gift voucher (one-time exchange).

  • After 30 days up to 1 year: Exchange based on market value minus production or non-gold components.

Diamond Jewellery:

  • Within 30 days: Exchange for diamond jewellery or gift voucher.

  • After 30 days up to 1 year: Exchange subject to remodelling expense (up to 25%).

Pearl Jewellery:

  • Exchange value determined by appraisal.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are not offered, but exchanges allow flexibility if a purchase does not meet expectations.

11. Use of Website Content

  1. All website content—text, images, logos, graphics, designs, trademarks—is for personal use only.

  2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use content commercially without MelixGold’s written consent.
